Black Box Theatre: Rehearsal and Performance
Grades 9-12
Whether you’re an experienced actor or have always wanted to get on stage, this skill-building offering is your opportunity to audition, rehearse, and perform in a one-act play! Classes will be spent auditioning, rehearsing, developing characters, and strengthening acting technique. The class will culminate in a shared performance of a short play for friends and family.
Please note: There will be a video audition requirement prior to the start of this class, which will determine casting. Casting decisions are at the sole discretion of the Teaching Artist. The title of the play is TBD contingent upon enrollment numbers. Since class serves as rehearsal time, enrollment in this class is a commitment to regular attendance.
