Grades 1-3

Calling all monsters! Create your own wild and wacky creatures and bring them to life through acting, movement, and imagination. Explore monster voices, larger-than-life characters, and spooky-silly scenes as you work together to build your very own Monster Squad. From friendly beasts to mischievous creatures, there's no telling who might join the team!

Grades 4 and up

Step in time and sharpen your tap skills! This beginner-friendly class explores tap fundamentals, rhythm, musicality, and combinations. Add a new skill to your musical theatre toolbox and have some fun making music with your feet! Beginner Tap is designed for students with little to no tap experience, including those who have never taken a tap class or have less than a year of training. Dancers who are familiar with shuffles, flaps, ball changes, and other basic steps but haven't progressed beyond these movements are encouraged to join Beginner Tap to strengthen their technique and build confidence. Tap shoes are encouraged if you have them, but are not required. No prior tap experience is necessary.

Grades 1-3

Put pencil to paper and bring your creations to life! Young artists will design original characters and the worlds they inhabit, then use acting and improv to take their ideas from the page to the stage. Explore character development, storytelling, and visual art while collaborating to create one-of-a-kind scenes and stories!

Grades 4–6

Calling all detectives! Inspired by classic mysteries like The Boxcar Children, Nancy Drew, The Hardy Boys, and Sherlock Holmes, explore the clues, suspects, and twists that make a great mystery. Use acting and improv to create curious characters, uncover secrets, and solve the case. Then work as an ensemble to devise an original mystery of your own!

Grades 7 and up

Step in time and take your tap skills to the next level! This intermediate class builds on tap fundamentals with an emphasis on rhythm, musicality, technique, and combinations. Strengthen your musical theatre dance skills and have some fun making music with your feet! Intermediate Tap is designed for dancers with at least a year of tap training who are comfortable with shuffles, flaps, paradiddles (also called paddle and rolls), cramprolls, and other foundational steps. We'll place a strong emphasis on musical theatre tap through basic time steps, combinations, and drills for more advanced skills. Dancers who already know Shirley Temples, time steps, and pullbacks will have opportunities to challenge themselves and advance their technique. Students with little to no tap training but strong experience in other dance styles, such as hip-hop, flamenco, or jazz, may also prefer Intermediate Tap. Tap shoes are encouraged if you have them, but are not required.

Grades 4-6

Mix it up in this introduction to a variety of dance styles! Explore everything from ballet and jazz to tap, musical theatre, and more as you discover what makes each style unique. Learn signature steps and combinations while building technique, musicality, coordination, and confidence. Whether you’re trying something new or expanding your dance skills, there’s always something different to discover!

Grades 1-3

Bring favorite fairy tales and fantastical adventures to life through dance! Young dancers will build a strong foundation through movement exercises, across-the-floor work, and fun choreography inspired by enchanted characters and stories. Develop coordination, flexibility, rhythm, and confidence while discovering new ways to tell a story through movement.

Grades 7-12

Step into the audition room and get ready to dance! Inspired by iconic musical theatre dance calls like A Chorus Line, this class gives performers the chance to tackle choreography inspired by Broadway’s biggest shows and choreographers. Explore jazz, musical theatre, and character-driven movement while building musicality, precision, style, and performance presence. Each class will feel like a mini dance call as you learn combinations, make bold choices, and bring your own personality to the choreography. Come ready to learn fast, perform big, and show them what you’ve got!
