Session 6 Performance Camp: Blast From the Past

Hop into the JT time machine for an incredible journey through the ages of music, dance and performance. From the golden classics of the '50s to the chart-toppers of the 2000s, strengthen skills in singing, dancing and acting while exploring the cultural resonance of each era. Join us for a week filled with nostalgia and theatrical time travel!
Session 7 Acting Academy 4-6: Playwriting to Performance

Session 7: July 29-August 2
Put pen to page and present your original stories on stage! Collaborate with your Teaching Artist and classmates to write and perform in an original play. Through collaborative brainstorming and writing sessions and rehearsals, delve into the exciting process of creating characters, developing plots and crafting dialogue. Harness your storytelling skills and perform your group’s one-of-a-kind creation for an audience on the final day of camp.
