What happens when the world as we know it is turned upside down and it’s up to a new generation to set things right? Inspired by the bold heroes of dystopian stories like The Hunger Games, The Maze Runner, and The Giver, young actors will build their own imagined worlds from the ground up. Through collaborative devising, students will create original characters, explore dramatic conflicts, and work together to tell stories of resilience, hope, and change. While themes may include high-stakes choices and mysterious futures, this class focuses on creative problem-solving and character-driven storytelling, not violence or combat. The future is unwritten... what story will you tell?
