Session 8: August 4- August 8, 2025

It can be a hard-knock life being a kid, but don’t let the grownups keep you down! Empower your performance skills by bringing to life the stories of some of the scrappiest youngsters in musical theatre history. Seize the day while singing and dancing through a sampling of famous songs and scenes from kid-centric hits like Annie, Newsies, Matilda, and more!

These camps are geared towards students who want a faster paced "rehearsal & performance" experience. Classes will primarily focus on singing and dancing. Auditions may be held on the first day of camp at the discretion of the Teaching Artists. 

***Camps run from 9am-3pm Monday-Friday unless otherwise specified. Students should come to camp with a sack lunch and two extra snacks. Please send students in clothes they can move in; no flip flops. Aftercare option available for $20/day until 5 PM. For the safety of all students, we have a closed classroom policy. Adults are not permitted to sit in on JT camps until our invited Open Sharing on the final day of camp.***

This program is designed for rising 1st-8th graders. For rising Kindergartners please register for Session 8 Kinderstars.

Magic and myth come to life in this camp filled with legendary creatures, daring heroes, and epic adventures. From ancient folklore to fairy tales and fantasy worlds, explore the stories that have enchanted audiences for generations. Whether casting spells, battling monsters, or embarking on a quest for the unknown, let’s bring the impossible to life through theatre and imagination!
