Homeschool Jr: Scripts and Scenes

Grades 2-4
Grow confidence through introductory script work, improvised group work and original material. Explore the relationship between the actor and the script while developing the tools to create realistic characters and stories. Take center stage in this class designed for new and experienced performers alike!
Blackbox Theatre

Grades 7-12
Whether you’re an experienced actor or have always wanted to get on stage, this skill-building offering is your opportunity to audition, rehearse and perform in a one-act play! Classes will be spent auditioning, rehearsing, developing characters and strengthening your acting technique. The class will culminate in a shared performance of the play for friends and family.
Please note: There will be a video audition requirement prior to the start of this class, which will determine casting. Casting decisions are at the sole discretion of the Teaching Artist. The title of the play is TBD contingent upon enrollment numbers. Since class serves as rehearsal time, enrollment in this class is a commitment to regular attendance.
